“Eclectic Soul”, an LP produced by resident artist Joe Ohms, is aptly named, as this album dives deep into Joe’s signature sound of Motown and Stax inspired soul, rock n’ roll, jazz, funk, East Coast hiphop, and 80s synth pop with a cinematic flare. The samples are so perfectly compiled for the listener, taking you on an eclectic ride through the depths of the artist’s mind and soul.

“This album came to me organically. I didn't have to force it. It's a natural representation of my musical influences, which is very much rooted in a deep respect for Black culture. That's what I was always drawn to, starting with soul, disco and funk as a youngster and transitioning into hip hop, house and techno as a teen. The album name is a nod to my Dallas crew, Eclectic Souls Project. It just seemed to fit the vibe. I have to pay my respects to the original artists and sounds that turned my world around and gave me hope, as a troubled kid that got kicked around and forgotten. That's what music does for me. Really gives me a sense of something bigger than myself. A sense of home.” - Joe Ohms
